Barnora Return and Refund Policy

Barnora is operated by Vyrix LLC. You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Before sending any product back, email info@vyrixllc.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, clean, dry, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging. Products showing dirt, hay, animal contact, odor, wear, modification, misuse, or damage after delivery may not be accepted. Gift cards and final-sale items are not returnable unless required by law.

Do not mail a return until Barnora has approved it and confirmed the return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Barnora confirms that the item was incorrect, damaged on arrival, or defective. Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by law or where Barnora made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order after delivery. Contact info@vyrixllc.com within 7 days if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5 to 10 business days, or longer in some cases, to post the credit.
