Barnora is a horse-care retail brand operated by Vyrix LLC.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, inventory checks, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You will receive an order confirmation after checkout. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent when tracking is available.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Barnora primarily serves delivery addresses within the United States.
Available destinations and shipping services are displayed during checkout. If checkout does not accept a destination, contact info@vyrixllc.com before placing an order.
CARRIERS
Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another established carrier when appropriate.
Carrier selection depends on product size, destination, service availability, delivery speed, and shipping cost.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Estimated delivery within the United States is typically 3 to 8 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, emergencies, address problems, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
If we cannot ship within the stated or legally required time, we will provide the notices and options required by applicable law, which may include consenting to a delay or canceling the order for a refund.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours after shipment to show movement.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Contact info@vyrixllc.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or shipment has begun.
Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address may be charged to the customer when permitted by law.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier.
Then contact info@vyrixllc.com promptly with your order number. We will review the available tracking information and assist with any applicable carrier inquiry or claim.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your order after delivery.
Contact info@vyrixllc.com within 7 days if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Do not discard damaged products or packaging until we have reviewed the issue.
RETURNS
Do not return a product without authorization.
