Welcome to Barnora. Barnora is a horse-care retail brand operated by Vyrix LLC. Vyrix LLC operates this website, online store, and related services available through getbarnora.com.
The terms “Barnora,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vyrix LLC and the Barnora brand. This website is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, customer account features, products, checkout, and related services. By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT SAFETY
Barnora sells horse slow-feed hay nets, hay bags, hanging hardware, and related horse-care products.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, prices, and images accurately. Actual colors or appearance may vary depending on your screen, lighting, manufacturing variation, or product updates.
Product availability, descriptions, specifications, and prices may change without notice. We may discontinue a product or limit quantities at any time.
Horse-care equipment must be selected, installed, and used appropriately. Customers are responsible for choosing a suitable product, using a safe hanging or feeding location, supervising use when appropriate, and inspecting products and attachment points regularly for wear or damage.
Discontinue use of any product that is damaged, excessively worn, incorrectly installed, or creating an entanglement or other safety risk.
Information on this website is provided for general product and horse-care purposes only. It is not veterinary, medical, nutritional, or professional safety advice. Consult a qualified veterinarian or equine professional when appropriate.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
An order is accepted when payment is successfully authorized and we confirm or begin processing the order. We may reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order because of inventory issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons.
if we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Please review your products, quantities, shipping address, and contact information before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after processing or fulfillment has begun.
Products purchased through Barnora are intended for lawful personal, household, barn, or business use. Products may not be purchased for unlawful export, fraudulent resale, or any prohibited purpose.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
The price charged is the price displayed during checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors. Shipping charges, sales tax, duties, and other applicable charges are shown during checkout when available.
Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers enabled for our store. Available payment methods may vary by device, location, order, and payment-provider availability.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order and that the payment information is accurate.
We do not directly store complete payment-card numbers. Payment information is handled by Shopify and applicable payment processors under their own security and privacy practices.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery within the United States is typically 3 to 8 business days after shipment.
Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of inventory, weather, carrier disruptions, address problems, holidays, customs, emergencies, or events outside our reasonable control.
We use established carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection depends on product size, destination, shipping service, cost, and availability.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer when permitted by law.
If we cannot ship within the stated or legally required time, we will provide the notices and options required by applicable law, which may include consenting to a delay or canceling the order for a refund.
Contact us promptly if tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, or if the package arrives damaged. Rights and responsibility for loss or damage are determined by applicable law and any available carrier claims process.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Return requests must be made within 30 days after delivery.
Before returning a product, email info@vyrixllc.com with your order number, the product, and the reason for the request. Do not send a product back until Barnora provides return authorization and instructions.
Returned products generally must be unused, clean, dry, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Products showing animal contact, dirt, hay, odor, wear, modification, misuse, or damage after delivery may not qualify for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Barnora confirms that the product was incorrect, defective, or damaged on arrival.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
Contact us within 7 days after delivery if a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY AND CORRECTION OF ERRORS
Our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect prices, availability errors, or omissions.
We may correct errors and update information at any time. If an error materially affects an order already submitted, we may contact you to confirm the corrected information or cancel and refund the affected order.
Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

SECTION 11 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Barnora is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate the store.
Purchases made through the Barnora store are transactions between the customer and Vyrix LLC. Shopify is not the seller of Barnora products and is not responsible for product selection, fulfillment, product use, returns, or customer support provided by Barnora.
Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that Shopify or another party cannot exclude under applicable law.

Barnora does not publish invented customer testimonials or falsely label reviews as verified purchases.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vyrix LLC, Barnora, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
